Subscriptions

  • How do the subscriptions work? 
  • Just select whatever product or bundle you’d like to subscribe to and then the frequency at which you’d like to receive it. The options are 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks. Then proceed to checkout as normal, using the card details you’d like for us to keep on file and charge for your next delivery. You’ll be notified by email once your subscription purchase has been processed. 


  • How can I view/manage my subscriptions? 
  • Once you’ve processed a subscription order, you can log into your account on our website, click “Manage subscriptions” and access all your information there. Your delivery schedule, subscription products, purchase history, address and payment details can all be found (and changed) there. 


  • How often can I order my subscription products to arrive?
  • You can order your products to arrive every 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks. Although if you desperately want a different frequency, just drop us a message and we’ll try our best to make it happen!


  • Can I choose for my subscriptions to arrive on a certain day?
  • Unfortunately not, sorry about this! However our subscription schedule works just the same as our normal deliveries, which are explained in more detail here, and subscriptions are processed at the beginning of the day however many weeks later (so if you processed your first order at 8pm on Thursday, it would be processed at around 8am however many weeks later). Essentially, if you’d like your order to arrive on a Friday, please process your initial order before 11am on a Thursday and then every order going forward will be processed on Thursday morning and delivered on Friday.


  • When will I be charged for my subscription?
  • You’ll be charged exactly 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks after your first subscription purchase and then again on the same day on the cycle going forward. For example, if you process your bi-weekly subscription order before 11am on “Day 1”, your order will be delivered on “Day 2” (if we deliver that day). You will then be charged again on “Day 15” and will receive your order on “Day 16” (if we deliver on that day). If you order after 11am on “Day 1”, you will receive your order on “Day 3” (if we deliver that day), then be charged on “Day 15” and receive your order on “Day 16” (again, if we deliver on that day). 


  • Will I be notified when I’m charged for my subscription? 
  • Yes! You’ll receive an email to notify you when payment has been taken. If you ever want to review the payments you’ve made, you can take a look at “Purchase history” within your subscriptions account. All the payments you’ve ever made for Better Nature subscriptions can be found there. 


  • Do I have to pay for shipping for subscriptions?
  • It depends on your order. The same rules apply here as our normal orders (more details here) - if you spend over £20, shipping is free, and under £20 is £4.99. Even if your first order is over £20 but the second is £15, as an example, you will be charged £4.99 for the shipping of your second order. It’s calculated separately for each order. 


  • How do I get the 15% off my first subscription order?
  • Just add the code SUBSCRIBE15 in the “discount code” section of checkout. Your discount will be automatically taken off your total cost. 


  • If I cancel my subscription, can I start it again and get 15% off again?
  • Unfortunately not, the discount code is only valid once for the same email address. 


  • Can I modify the products in my subscription?
  • Yes! Once your subscription is set up you’ll be able to see it in the “Subscriptions” section of your account. From there, you can modify the products however much you like, along with frequency, address and card details (in the “Billing Information” section). Please just do so at least 24 hours before payment is taken out, to ensure the right order goes through. 


  • Can I pause my subscription? 
  • Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time (at least 24 hours before your next payment) and reactivate whenever you’d like it to start up again. You can do this in the  “Subscriptions” section of your subscription account. Easy peasy!


  • Can I skip a delivery of my subscription? 
  • Yes! You can always skip a delivery (at least 24 hours before your next payment). This can either be your next delivery or a delivery in future. You can do this in the “Delivery schedule” section of your subscriptions account. You won’t be charged and then will just be charged for your next order as normal when it comes around. 


  • Can I cancel my subscription? 
  • Yes! You can do this in the “Subscriptions” section of your subscription account.  


  • How far in advance of my next delivery can I cancel my subscription?
  • Please ensure you’ve cancelled your subscription at least 24 hours before your payment is taken out (exactly 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks after your last payment) to ensure that the cancellation is processed in the system and payment isn’t taken out of your account. Unfortunately once payment is taken out of your account, we cannot process any refunds. 


  • Can I change the address for my subscription?
  • Yes! You can do this in the “Subscriptions” section of your subscription account.  


  • Can I change my card details for my subscription? 
  • Yes! You can do this in the “Billing Information” section of your subscription account.
